My work with insurance companies began in 1991 when I was hired as a crisis response counselor for New Life Treatment Centers, a Texas-based Christian counseling organization. I served as intake director at hospitals in Washington, D.C., Boston, and Atlanta before being transferred to the company's headquarters in Plano, TX as Vice-President of Operations. Those years I spent serving in New Life's clinics prepared me well for my work with seniors on Medicare today.
When I began Castle and Associates Insurance Services, my mission was to use my background in education and counseling to create a different kind of insurance experience for seniors. Our goal with each senior we work with is to help them understand how the maze of Medicare works so each can find the best plan for their needs. We ask a lot of questions about what's most important to you and go over all of the options available to you. You'll never hear us say "this is the best plan for you" until we know a lot about what your needs and goals are. As an independent agency, we have the freedom to contract with companies that offer good plans at good prices without being captive to any insurance carrier.
I must say have good things to say to the people around me about the work I do, as my wife, daughter, sister, nephew, sister-in-law, and son-in-law have all become licensed since I established this agency and are working with me, allowing us to expand our practice to several states.
